Ariadne is a marketing content platform for therapists in private practice. We use AI to draft Google Business posts, social media content, referral outreach emails, and blog posts — in your voice, delivered to your dashboard each week for your review and approval before anything is published.
Ariadne is a drafting tool. Nothing is published on your behalf without your explicit action. You review, edit, and publish all content yourself.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed mental health professional (or operating a practice that employs licensed clinicians) to use Ariadne. By creating an account you represent that this is true.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
New accounts receive one free sample week of generated content — no credit card required. The sample week shows you exactly what Ariadne would create for your practice. After the sample week, you need an active subscription to continue receiving weekly content.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Current pricing is listed at ariadnemarketing.com/#pricing. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
We don't offer refunds for monthly subscriptions except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days.
Marketing content generated by Ariadne based on your voice profile and practice information is yours. You own it. You may edit it, publish it, and use it however you like. You don't need to credit Ariadne.
Writing samples, practice descriptions, voice profiles, and referral contacts you provide remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use this information to provide the service — specifically, to pass it to our AI models to generate your content. We do not claim ownership of anything you bring to Ariadne.
The Ariadne platform — including our code, design, prompts, and methodology — belongs to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works based on the platform itself.

Ariadne is a marketing tool. We are not a Covered Entity, Business Associate, or healthcare provider under HIPAA. Do not enter any Protected Health Information (PHI) into Ariadne under any circumstances.

Ariadne does not provide legal, compliance, or professional ethics advice. When in doubt about whether a piece of content is appropriate for your practice, consult your licensing board or a professional ethics advisor.
Content generated by Ariadne is produced by AI (Anthropic's Claude) based on the information you provide. We strive for quality and accuracy, but:
If you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize us to read your GBP account information and insights on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time from the GBP page in your dashboard. We will never post to your GBP automatically — every post requires your explicit copy-and-paste action (auto-publishing, when available, will require a separate explicit opt-in).
Your use of Google Business Profile is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Google.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Weekly content is generated Sunday evenings; occasional delays may occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
If we discontinue Ariadne entirely, we will give at least 60 days' notice and provide a data export tool so you can download all your generated content and voice profile.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Violations that involve PHI, deceptive content, or platform abuse will result in immediate suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariadne's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost clients, reputation damage, or professional discipline — arising from your use of content we generate. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
Ariadne is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that content will be accurate, or that specific marketing results will be achieved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ariadne after that date constitutes acceptance.
